Yes, if it hasn’t shipped. Call us with your order number and we’ll adjust height, engraving, or address. Engraving can be changed until the day we cut it.

Yes — up to 20 characters, done in-house. Names, dates, short phrases. It’s our favorite part of the job.

Yes. Every order, every size, no minimum. Ground shipping (5–7 business days) is always free. Faster options cost a little extra at checkout.

Yes — within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund. We pay the return label inside the U.S. Engraved canes are the one exception, since we made them just for you.

We refund the day the cane arrives back at the workshop. Your bank shows it within 3–5 business days.
