If a cane we made breaks under normal use — ever — we replace it. This page is the fine print, and there isn’t much.
What’s Covered
- The wood: cracks, splits, or breaks under normal use — covered, forever.
- The handle and collar: loosening or failure — covered.
- Wrong height: we swap sizes free, any time.
- Rubber tips: free replacements for life (wear is normal — just call).
What’s Not
Honest exceptions, in plain words:
- Damage from a car door, a wood chipper, or the family dog (it’s happened).
- Refinishing wear that’s cosmetic and earned — though call us; we often help anyway.
- Canes modified outside our workshop.
How to Make a Claim
No forms. Call (877) 555-2263 or email us with:
- A photo or two of the cane
- One sentence about what happened
- Your shipping address
If it’s fixable remotely (a loose collar takes one hex turn) we’ll walk you through it. Otherwise a replacement ships, prepaid, within five business days.
