What Shipping Costs

Ground shipping is free on every order. No minimum, no membership, no asterisk.

Ground — FREE — arrives 5–7 business days after shipping
Priority — $12 — 2–3 business days
Express — $28 — 1–2 business days

We ship anywhere in the United States — including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO military addresses — plus Canada and Mexico.

Build Time Comes First

Shipping is fast; the cane takes a moment. Ready-made canes leave in 1–2 business days. Custom builds take 12–14 business days at the lathe before they ship — that’s craft time, not a queue.

Need it by a date?A birthday, a wedding, a reunion — tell us in the order notes or call. If we can’t make the date, we’ll tell you the same day and refund in full.

Tracking

The day your cane ships you get an email with the tracking number. You can also find it under My Orders, or call and we’ll read it to you.

Returns & Exchanges

Within 30 days of delivery, return any unengraved cane for a full refund. We email you a prepaid label — no printer? We’ll mail it.

Engraved canes are non-returnable (we made yours specifically), but if something’s off we’ll always work with you on a replacement.

Wrong height? That’s not a return — we swap heights free, forever, under the guarantee.
